Canva EDU Plans, Service Disclosure, Warranty, Activation and Replacement Policy
SyedSEBT provides Canva Education (EDU)-based access. This is not an individually purchased official Canva Pro subscription. Please understand the service type, available features, warranty period and limitations before ordering.
The Canva service offered by SyedSEBT is based on Canva Education (EDU) access or an EDU-based account arrangement that may provide access to certain premium Canva features.
SyedSEBT is not selling an official, individually purchased Canva Pro subscription and does not claim to be an authorized Canva Pro reseller. We do not claim to hold official resale rights for Canva Pro subscriptions.
Canva EDU and official Canva Pro are different services. Eligibility, features, access conditions and availability may differ. Customers who specifically require an official Canva Pro subscription purchased directly from Canva should purchase it through Canva's official channels.
By purchasing from SyedSEBT, you acknowledge that the product is an EDU-based access service and not an official Canva Pro subscription.
Each plan has a separate price and warranty period. Please check your selected plan before completing payment.

Warranty clarification: The plan names are product labels used by SyedSEBT. They do not indicate that these are official Canva Pro subscriptions or guarantee permanent access to every Canva Pro feature.

Features included in each purchase are those explicitly listed in the relevant product description at the time of ordering. The availability of individual features depends on the account configuration, Canva's systems and applicable eligibility requirements.
Access to a feature at the time of purchase does not guarantee that the feature will remain available permanently.
SyedSEBT undertakes to activate the purchased service within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Activation may be delayed by technical problems, account restrictions or service availability issues. If your plan has not been activated within 48 hours, please contact our support team with your payment proof and order details.
The 48-hour activation commitment concerns delivery of the purchased service. It does not guarantee uninterrupted access to every feature or continuous availability of Canva's platform.
SyedSEBT provides warranty-based assistance for eligible account or service access issues during the warranty period of the purchased plan.

The following conditions apply:
Canva independently controls its platform, backend systems, Education program, eligibility requirements and feature availability. Canva may update, restrict, modify or discontinue access or features at any time.
These changes may cause temporary interruptions, loss of access or changes to individual features. SyedSEBT cannot control or reverse Canva's backend changes.
Important feature limitation: If a feature was available when you purchased the service but Canva later removes or restricts that feature, SyedSEBT cannot guarantee that the specific feature will be restored.
The warranty covers eligible service access issues according to the applicable plan. It does not guarantee restoration of every individual feature affected by Canva's updates.
Where an issue qualifies under the active warranty, SyedSEBT will assess the claim according to the stated warranty terms. The availability of any particular feature remains subject to Canva's systems and applicable requirements.
Some features, including Brand Kit and other premium tools, may be temporary or dependent on the account's current configuration and eligibility.
If a product listing states that a feature is temporary, it should not be interpreted as a guarantee of permanent access. Customers should review the selected plan's feature list and limitations before ordering.
Customers must retain their payment screenshot, receipt or other valid payment confirmation throughout the warranty period.

A claim may be delayed or declined if the purchase cannot be verified or the warranty has expired, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for using the service in accordance with applicable Canva terms, policies and usage requirements.
Customers should provide accurate purchase details, keep their payment proof and report eligible service issues during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty claims may be declined where the issue is directly caused by customer misuse, unauthorized modifications or actions that violate applicable service requirements.
Once the applicable warranty period ends, the purchase is no longer covered by this warranty.
SyedSEBT is not obligated under this warranty policy to provide free replacement or renewal for issues reported after expiry, except where required by applicable law.

Customers should review the product description, service type, feature availability and warranty conditions before making payment.
If an activation or service issue occurs, customers should contact SyedSEBT so that the issue can be reviewed under the applicable policy.
Claims will be assessed according to the commitments made for the purchased plan, the applicable warranty and relevant law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any refund rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions does not remove consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and by a competent court or authority.
SyedSEBT may update this policy when service arrangements or operational requirements change.
The terms applicable to an existing purchase will be assessed with reference to the information disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law. Customers should review the current policy before placing a new order.
